Participation in the monthly prize draw among all newsletter subscribers of Sächsischen Staatsbäder GmbH and its implementation are governed by the following provisions.

1. Subject

These terms and conditions of participation regulate the conduct of the competition organized by Sächsischen Staatsbäder GmbH, Badstraße 6, 08645 Bad Elster (hereinafter referred to as “SSB”).

2. Conditions of participation and implementation of the competition

2.1 At the beginning of each month, the SSB will randomly select 3 winners from among all SSB newsletter subscribers.

2.2 Participation is open to persons aged 18 and over. Employees of SSB and other companies involved in the development and implementation of this campaign (including their family members) are excluded.

2.3 A participant takes part in the competition by subscribing to the SSB newsletter. Registration takes place via the website at https://www.saechsische-staatsbaeder.de/newsletter.html

2.4. The winners will each receive a voucher for a day ticket for 2 people for the Soletherme & Saunawelt Bad Elster.

2.5 Participation in the competition and claiming the prize do not entail any costs for the participants (except for travel costs and meals).

3. Processing

3.1 The winners will be selected monthly by lottery and contacted by SSB via email.

3.2 If the individual winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited. If the contact details provided are incorrect (e.g. invalid address), SSB is not obliged to find out the correct address. Any disadvantages resulting from providing incorrect contact details are at the expense of the participants.

3.3. Each winner will receive a voucher.

3.4. Payment of the value of the non-cash prizes in cash is not possible.

4. Exclusion of warranty

The competition may be terminated in whole or in part or modified in its course due to external circumstances or constraints, even without observing any deadlines, without this giving rise to any claims by the participants against SSB.

This may include, in particular, technical reasons (e.g. computer viruses, manipulation or errors in software or hardware) that may affect the proper conduct of the competition.

5. Exclusion from participation

The SSB reserves the right to exclude the respective participant from participating in the competition in the event of a breach of these conditions of participation. This applies in particular if the participant provides false information or comments violate applicable law or the rights of third parties.

6.  Liability

SSB’s liability is governed by statutory provisions.

7.  Final Provisions

7.1 Should any provision of the terms and conditions be invalid or become ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining participation and prize conditions.

8. Data protection information

The personal data provided by the participant will be processed exclusively for the purpose of carrying out and processing the competition. 

The data will not be shared with third parties.

Upon written or textual request, you can request information from SSB at any time and free of charge about which personal data about you is stored by SSB. In addition, you can request that this data be corrected, blocked or deleted if the legal requirements are met.

You can cancel your newsletter subscription at any time. Irrespective of this, you can object to the creation of a personal user profile at any time and thus have your usage data deleted. Corresponding links are available for this purpose in every issue of our newsletter.

After your revocation, we will use your data exclusively to process the competition and will refrain from sending you any advertising.
