SoleMove
SoleMove is the collective term for holistically oriented methods based on relaxed floating in brine.
The positive effects of thermal brine and "relaxed floating" offer - from a therapeutic point of view - exceptional conditions for sustainable application.
SoleMove – that's the individual combination – tailored to your needs and possibilities – of AquaRelax, Watsu and Wata methods In the pleasantly warm brine, ligaments, tendons, and muscles are gently and ideally stretched, massaged, and loosened. Soothing movements and the empathetic, attentive approach of our staff allow you to experience deep, lasting relaxation. Feel seen and cared for in your entirety. Our team supports you from various therapeutic perspectives.
You are welcome !
The single application has a multifaceted effect:
- Reduces stress and relieves tension
- Promotes blood circulation
- Relaxes the muscles – deepens breathing
- Stimulates the vascular systems
- Improves coordination and mobility
- Ideal for burnout and back pain
- Strengthens centering, inner balance and joy of life
The combination makes the SoleMove experience
During the treatment in comfortably warm brine water (33,5–35°C), you will be expertly moved, stretched, mobilized, and attentively guided. The AquaRelax, Watsu, and Wata methods are combined as needed and as possible.

AquaRelax
Ligaments, tendons, fascia, joints, and muscles are stretched, extended, massaged, and loosened. Following osteopathic principles, your body can freely follow movement impulses from head to toe and be freed from blockages.
Watsu
Through targeted activation of the meridians, the life energy “CHI” is made to flow. Watsu gives you inner support and security.

Wata
Have you already experienced AquaRelax and Watsu above water? Now dive into the 3-dimensional space underwater. A profound increase in trust and deep, calm breathing will guide you to your inner core.
SoleMove Group

You float in warm salt water and are gently moved and loosened from head to toe by participants in the group or with your partner, under guidance. In both giving and receiving, you can let go, take away new impulses, and recharge your energy.
The tranquil atmosphere, the gentle gliding through the water, and the mindful touches create trust and foster a deep sense of relaxation. This results in a special connection between movement, encounter, and inner balance – effortlessly, yet with lasting effects.
- It relaxes the muscles.
- Improves mobility
- Gives strength

Anke Heinrich
Systemic nature therapist & process facilitator, Healing Dance practitioner, AquaRelax trainer in training,
My motivation: I am fascinated by the diverse and wonderful possibilities of bodywork in warm water. From massage, stretching, and joint mobilization on a holistic physical level, to the experience of being supported, held, and moved in the water, to the invitation to enter meditative states. From being allowed to be completely passive and simply not having to do anything, to allowing the body to express itself authentically. I love movement and flow as much as stillness. I love being held securely as much as freedom and vastness.

Feedback from Ms. Lange
How did you feel before applying it?
I had already been in Bad Elster for a few days and therefore felt very good and relaxed.
Has your body awareness, perception, or emotional state changed during and after the application?
During the last five minutes of the treatment, a lot of grief was released, which was okay and expected. Even now I feel a little "worn out," exhausted, and glad and relaxed to be fully present again.
Is there anything special or unusual that you have experienced through the application?
Not specified.
How do you assess the usefulness of the application for yourself?
Very high. My neck tension is gone.
Were your expectations met? Would you like to experience another session and/or recommend aquatic bodywork?
I was already a big fan of water-based activities, so yes, yes. I had expected that we would also go underwater, which unfortunately wasn't possible.
Your own feedback / comments / suggestions for change
It was the first session in a large pool with several people, and it was better than expected. Initially, there was concern that it might be more chaotic than previous sessions, but this proved unfounded. It took some time to adjust, partly because there was a lot going on at the pool. A bit more peace and quiet would have been welcome, though.
