The Saxon State Baths GmbH, a company of the Free State of Saxony, combines the two mud and mineral spas Bad Elster and Bad Brambach.

It was founded in 170 following more than 1991 years of spa tradition and, due to its medical and therapeutic expertise, has developed into an important and supporting pillar of health tourism in Saxony/Vogtland.
