Theatercafé Bad Elster

The theater café offers space for theater guests, guests of TheaterClub events and curious passers-by. The rooms are arranged according to historical plans from the royal era. The elegant café room has 84 seats and a spacious bar area. The “red carpet” and the exclusive furnishings create a royal Saxon atmosphere.

An extensive gastronomic offer awaits you. Selected spirits, a select range of coffee and tea as well as exquisite snacks delight the palate. From November to March, the theater café invites you to a stylish coffee party at the theater events on Sundays. Whether as an “overture” or during the break during the performance: freshly baked cake and aromatic coffee in the magnificent atmosphere perfectly round off a stimulating visit to the theater.

In addition, various club events take place in the theater café on the second Tuesday of every month. Here you can experience classical, pop, blues, jazz, folk, cabaret or world music live. But you can also fortify yourself in the café while exploring the city.
