Stroll through artistic parks, let your senses be touched and walk along illuminated promenade paths from Albert Park to the bathing area to the forest park. You will rediscover the beauties of Bad Elster in atmospheric locations, through shimmering water features and in glowing natural scenery.

Monday and Tuesday	only on public holidays / special dates open until 23pm
Wednesday to friday	until 23 p.m.
Saturday	until 24 p.m.
Sunday	until 23 p.m.

A visit to the Bad Elster Royal Complex is a new experience every day.

The harmonious ensemble of over 170-year-old historical parks with a colorful sea of flowers, attractive themed gardens and brilliant spa architecture is a cultural heritage of Saxon history. In addition, a stay in the Soltherme Bad Elster, the Albert Bad or a visit to one of the approximately 1.000 events per year in the historic venues on the “Festival Mile of Short Distances” such as the König Albert Theater is an experience for all the senses!

World of lights at night

A unique, state-of-the-art lighting design stages the royal grounds in a radiant world of lights at any time of the year.

Numerous artistic illuminations creatively visualize the historic park areas in a completely new dimension of stay: Walk along bright paths to mystical places and illuminated works of art in a world of light - an evening walk in the sparkling play of lights.

The historic parks, created around 1850, are some of the most beautiful park landscapes in Germany, covering around 50 hectares. In combination with the impressive spa architecture, the now listed complex was once created by the most important garden architects in Europe.

Experience Illumination
Depending on the season, special park areas and architectural treasures are staged in different artistic ways with extraordinary lighting elements. From dusk until midnight.
