Instructions for relaxed floating
Several times a day, the founder of AquaRelax, Oliver Möhwald, and his team will show you, if you wish, how to gently balance your body in the brine and develop deep relaxation while floating.

SoleMove
In the warm element of brine, you will be gently moved, relaxed, stretched and bent from head to toe in a rhythmic, flowing manner. Flowing massage techniques, acupressure and mobilization lead to deep relaxation.
