It is important for children to become familiar with the element of water from a very young age.
In our swimming lessons, little ones learn to swim, dive, and jump through play – all in a safe and fun environment. Let your child experience the joy of movement in the water and develop essential skills for a lifetime of aquatic adventures. Register your child today! Courses are structured according to demand and take place twice a week in four groups of five children each.

Baby swimming
Little swimmers, big joy
Baby swimming in 32°C warm water promotes the physical, mental, and social development of infants. Together with their parents and other babies, they play, dive, and splash around. This strengthens motor skills, body control, and cardiovascular and respiratory function. Parents learn safe holding and gripping techniques and observe how their baby uses the freedom of movement in the water. Courses are offered as needed and then take place once a week at 10:30 am.

Aqua Fitness
Gentle on the joints, effective, refreshing! Aqua Fitness in Bad Elster and Bad Brambach is an intensive, full-body workout in the water that improves your strength, endurance, and flexibility. The buoyancy of the water protects your joints, while the resistance of the water strengthens your muscles and tones your skin. Under expert guidance, you'll train your cardiovascular system for 45 minutes – accompanied by motivating music for the ideal rhythm.
