Pilates
Pilates is an exercise concept based on mind & body balance and restoring natural and normal movements. Muscles that have become too weak are strengthened and the shortened muscles are stretched. The movements are carried out fluidly and combined with breathing. This training is ideal for back patients, among other things, as it primarily strengthens the supporting muscles in the center of the body.
