In the North Park of Bad Elster, a so-called “exercise paradise” was created for fitness and sports-oriented guests, visitors and residents. The facility is for everyone accessible and is free usable. Children under 140 cm are only allowed to enter the Bad Elster fitness and motor skills park with a supervisor.

What is meant by the Fitness and Motorikpark® Bad Elster?

The concept of the original motor skills parks® comes from the Austrian sports scientist Dr. Roland Werthner and was developed based on sports and training scientific considerations.

The 2.500 square meter area consists of seven stations, which are divided according to the type of use. You can here a total of 32 individual devices train, including on the coordination and balancing track, running and rhythm station, balancing workshop, strength area and stretching oasis.
