2-day workshop “Relax and recharge your batteries”

NEW

Meditation, movement, sound and Qi Gong give you a deeper feeling of calmness so you can start the day with energy. This course is certified according to §20 SGB V, so you can expect funding from your health insurance company. You can get details from your health insurance clerk. AOK Plus members need an online voucher for stress management.
