natural bog

One of Bad Elster's most valuable remedies is the naturally occurring moor. The moor is particularly characterized by its long-lasting heat storage capacity and healthy natural components. It is used in the form of packs (warm or cold) and baths, primarily to support the musculoskeletal system (rheumatism, osteoarthritis, injuries). But the plant hormones from the moor are also an extremely effective natural remedy for gynecology.

Mineral healing water

The Sächsische Staatsbäder GmbH has 10 state-recognized healing springs in Bad Elster. These include the Marien and Moritz springs, the salt spring and the Elstersäuerling.

Benefit from the numerous minerals and trace elements that are contained in our healing springs in dissolved form and can therefore be absorbed particularly well by the body. The characteristic combination of minerals and the naturally occurring carbonic acid, which is unique to each healing spring, determine the effect on the organism.

Bad Elster thermal brine

The Bad Elster thermal brine is a raw material from nature - original, natural, pure, valuable, and its composition is unique in Germany and worldwide.

The thermal brine is a mixture of water that is millions of years old (1,5 million years and older) and ice age water (27-37 thousand years old), which has never been discovered or scientifically analyzed in this form before.
