With a mud bath, you immerse yourself up to half of your body in a bath with natural bathing peat at 15 °C for 20 to 39 minutes. A hot mud bath ensures long-lasting, deep warming of the body and organs.
The warm moor porridge slowly releases the heat it has absorbed. The cardiovascular system is put under significantly less strain in a partial bath than in a full bath.
Effects : Metabolism and hormone production are stimulated, blood circulation throughout the body is significantly increased and improved, and the lymphatic system is stimulated. Furthermore, mobility is promoted, joint pain is relieved, muscles are relaxed, and connective tissue is loosened. Due to its many mineral components, peat also has a very positive effect on the skin and contains anti-inflammatory humic acid.
Indication : The intense warming effect of peat is primarily used for rheumatic and degenerative joint and spinal diseases. It also provides relief for post-treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, osteoporosis, chronic inflammation of the digestive tract and urinary tract, gynecological conditions, and circulatory disorders.
