Hydro-thermo therapy

In this therapy you go through three phases:

• Warming the whole body in the tepidarium
• Cool down in the snow room at -10 °C
• Warming up in the light and heat room

Short-term cold, dry air and the alternation of cold and warm result in “effective” vascular training and, as a result, the actual key effect: After the cooling phase in the snow room, the vessels expand and our bodies heat up to the maximum again and become whole better blood circulation.
