Our Grenzlos holiday home is located in a very quiet part of Bad Brambach, about a 10-minute walk from the spa, the outdoor pool, the train station and the shops.

The holiday home is a listed former customs house and was lovingly renovated and furnished between 2020 and 2021. In addition to underfloor heating, decentralized ventilation with pollen filters were installed in every room.

The house has four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, toilet (with access from outside), a fully furnished living room, a dining room for up to 10 people, a large, fully equipped event kitchen. Outside there is a covered terrace with a barbecue area, as well as a beautiful garden with relaxation areas and a fire pit. The garden borders on meadows that extend to the nearby forests.

E-bikes and mountain bikes including cycling helmets are available to guests in the garage. You are also welcome to use the in-house painting equipment (easels, acrylic paints) and our library including many DVDs. Three bedrooms have satellite TV, the living room has a satellite TV with DVD. In the living area you can use the free WiFi.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided free of charge, as are all everyday items (toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, etc.).

The kitchen has basic equipment with a variety of spices, a selection of teas, coffee, coffee beans, long-life milk, cooking oils, vinegar, etc. The house also offers a drinks service almost at cost price. In addition to sparkling water, apple juice and various types of beer, we also have a selection of good white wines, red wines and sparkling wines.

Well-behaved pets are welcome.

You can use the house alone or with up to 8 people for an additional charge. An occupancy of up to 6 people is ideal. The house is therefore very suitable for a stay with friends or with family - even with several generations.

You can individually combine the spa treatments, spas, rest phases and active activities in the best possible way.”
