Muscles that are too weak or out of proportion (imbalances) are often the cause of disorders and pain. In physiotherapy on equipment (KGG), special rehabilitation equipment is used to improve muscle functions and compensate for these imbalances, including the associated joint and supporting tissue. After a detailed analysis, a physiotherapist creates an individual training plan from a medical perspective. The aim is to improve the strength, coordination, endurance and flexibility of the trainee. KGG is used after operations, injuries or chronic complaints. Through targeted training you will achieve normal mobility and resilience of the affected structures. You can make your everyday life less symptom-free again.

In a consultation and exercise session with a physiotherapist, active measures are used to promote blood circulation, mobilize joints, stretch, relax and strengthen the muscles, improve coordination, stabilize the musculoskeletal system, relieve pain, improve breathing and regulate the cardiovascular system.

An exercise treatment in water involves general movement exercises with or without equipment.

Effect: Active movement exercises in the area of ​​joints, the spine and general muscle strengthening are carried out, as well as breathing, metabolism and the cardiovascular system are stimulated.
Indication: Movement restrictions without a specific previous illness

Duration: 20 minutes

In group gymnastics, treatment is carried out according to indication groups. You practice together with other patients. Small devices can also be used.

Effect: Mobilization, stretching, strengthening and relaxation of the muscles, improvement of coordination, stabilization of the musculoskeletal system, regulation of the cardiovascular system and pain relief. The group
motivates and promotes social contacts.
