The therapist first goes through a medical history with the guest to determine which body parts can be treated (e.g. cervical spine, lumbar, cellulite The massage lotion is applied on to the body areas and they are then massage with the cupping glasses for 20 minutes. The cupping glasses are either used cold or warmed up. They attach to the skin and are pushed along its surface.

Effect: The scrubbing body massage is effective due to muscle movement and the suction effect As a result, tissue, muscles, tendons and ligaments are massaged down to the deep layers, circulation is promoted, the lymph flow and the metabolism are stimulated.
