Fascia are the soft parts of the connective tissue. They protect and support the body and act like elastic shock absorbers for movements. In the event of disorders of the locomotive system or painful states, usually fascia are involved which stick or become matted. After a brief analysis, special exercises are tailored to your needs, explained, practiced and adjusted. This is performed with or without a machine (fascia roll, fascia ball).

Effect: Reduces pain in the back, neck and in the joints. Eases movement impairments, promotes circulation and increases performance.

Indication: Tensions, circulation disorders, pain in the locomotive apparatus
