At the start of your health stay, there will be an introductory medical examination by our in-house balneologist.

Bad Brambach has one of the strongest radon springs in the world which is enriched in the form of baths and mineral water cures. Approximately 270 litres of healing water are used in a radon bath. You will swim at a swimming temperature 32 to 39 degrees Celsius for approximately 20 minutes.

The classical massage first starts by the masseur feeling the state of the tissue. The classic holding techniques stroking, kneading, rubbing, circling and shifting the skin trigger different effects on the skin, subcutaneous layers and muscles. After an intensive treatment of the back, there is a treatment of the shoulders and the neck area, usually performed while you are sitting.

Fango is a volcanic rock ground as fine as dust that achieves its special effect due to its mineral composition. It is mixed with water to form a thick mass and heated to 46 – 48 °C. The Fango partial mug pack is gently applied to the back or the joints depending on the indication. The guest is packed in warmly and rests like this for approx. 20 minutes. The Fango is then rinsed off with hot water during this active period.

Aqua Sport (Group) is a type of full-body training which is offered shallow water at breast height - with or without a machine. Aqua fitness promotes strength, mobility and boosts tenacity and relaxation. Under the guidance of a skilled trainer, through active motions in the water for 45 minutes you can train your muscles, endurance, and fitness and strengthen your cardiovascular system.

There will then be an interim meeting with the balneologist (spa physician).

Mineral water in the form of a drinking treatment has a positive effect on the health. Bad Brambach has over 5 state-recognised healing springs. This includes the Wettin spring, one of the strongest radon spring in the world, the Upper and Lower Border Spring, the Schiller Spring and the Iron Spring, which, depending on their composition, are used for inflammatory joint complaints and they easy digestive problems as well as metabolic, kidney and urinary tract issues.

The bath and sauna landscape with the comfortable sauna village in Bad Brambach guarantees a well-being experience for all of the senses. Select between the Tepidarium, steam bath or Finnish sauna inside or relax in the sauna village outdoors in a particularly charming environment. Enjoy the hot water (32 degrees Celsius) of the bath landscape in the inner and outer pool and be enchanted by the atmosphere flooded by light and by the impressive view into the greenery around you.

This promotes improved posture and more vitality through a muscle structure that is gentle to joints and effective.

For the Radon Treatment Classic the price indicated per person, including service package applies; 21 overnight stays with half board with double accommodation excluding spa tax.

In Bad Brambach, per day, this equals 1.30 € per day for the cure zone I (municipality area) and 0.80 € for the short zone II (city sections Bärendorf, Hohendorf, Schönberg, Rohrbach, Oberbrambach, Raum, Gürth, Raunergrund).
