Horse-drawn carriages in Bad Elster

The popular, large “EQUIPAGE Bad Elster – Noble Horses and Historic Carriages” always takes place on Whit Sunday. Due to Bad Elster's royal Saxon tradition, the focus is primarily on the historical reference. In the morning, around 30 historical teams will be waiting in front of the Royal Kurhaus, where they will be presented in style. After a big excursion by all participants and a spectacular competition in obstacle driving, the big afternoon event with a varied supporting program including a historical carriage theater piece will take place in the Paul Schindel Park.
