The moor, which occurs naturally in Bad Elster, is applied to up to three pairs of joints or the back at 40 to 42 °C. The guest is then wrapped in special foil so that the humic substances contained can release their antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. After a period of exposure, the moor is rinsed off with warm water. The subsequent rest supports the body's natural reaction.
Effect: The temperature of the moor causes a deep warming and relaxation of the tissue. It also promotes blood circulation, stimulates metabolism, supports the immune system and relieves pain. The skin also experiences a relaxing, nourishing and firming effect.
indication: Thanks to the long-lasting and deep warming effect, mud treatments are often used to relieve rheumatic diseases, musculoskeletal problems and muscle tension.
Duration: first application 15 minutes, from the second application 20 minutes + rest time
