Manual lymphatic drainage is a rhythmic and gentle treatment technique with increasing and decreasing pumping and relaxing movements. The tissue is decongested via lymphatic drainage channels. Swelling after injuries or operations, lymphedema and lipedema are treated with this form of therapy.
