Foot reflexology is performed while lying on your back. Certain areas of the foot are connected to specific organs and body parts via nerve pathways, as each organ and body part is reflected in a specific area or reflex point on the feet. The reflex zones are stimulated with varying pressure.

Indication: Particularly recommended for general relaxation, well-being and stimulation of the affected organs.
