General Course Conditions
Course title: Yoga Classes 2025

Registration:
Registration for the courses offered by Sächsischen Staatsbäder GmbH (SSB) takes place via the homepage or at the Bad Elster training and exercise center. After successful registration, the participant receives a course confirmation/invoice.

Payment:
The course fee must be transferred to the bank account provided after registration up to 14 days before the respective first class. The course can be booked as an individual class, in blocks of 1 and/or 5. After this, it is over and there is no entitlement to compensation for missed dates. The courses are filled after registration is received and require a minimum number of 10 participants. If the number of participants is not reached, an alternative date will be offered.

Cancellation by the participant(s):
Cancellation is possible up to 14 days before the respective 1st class without giving reasons. Please contact the training and movement center. If the cancellation is received within the agreed deadline, the participation fee will be waived; amounts already paid will be refunded. If cancellation is made later, the full participation fee must be paid. In this case, we are also happy to accept a replacement participant. If cancellation is made up to 24 hours before the start of the class, the SSB will allow the participant to take part in another class, subject to availability. A refund of the fee is not possible in this case. If cancellation is made later, the full fee must be paid. Irregular attendance or illness does not generally release you from paying the full course fee.

Rejection by the SSB:
If it becomes impossible to provide services due to force majeure, the customer is not entitled to compensation. The fee will be refunded accordingly for the services not provided.

Cancellation by the course instructor:
In case of short-term cancellation due to illness or other unforeseeable reasons, the course instructor will offer an alternative date.

Participation is at your own risk. Our liability is limited to gross negligence or intent in accordance with the statutory provisions. The general terms and conditions and the bathing regulations of the Sächsischen Staatsbäder GmbH apply. When registering, the customer declares that he is not aware of any facts concerning his health that would preclude participation in the course.

Customer data is subject to statutory data protection regulations, is treated confidentially and is not passed on to third parties.
