(DHV) (Association of German health resorts), which is awarded to wellness offers in health resorts that fulfil all 10 required criteria of quality for a holistic health offer. In the "Wellness in the health resort" programme, the following criteria are on a par: medicine and therapy, nature and culture, exercise and relaxation, communication and experiencing.

The Vogtland Panorama Weg (Vogtland Panorama Path) with a distance of 220 km was approved as "Qualitätsweg Wanderbares Deutschland" (Quality Path Hikeable Germany).
